Shipping policy

Hey cool fam,

We aim to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible so you can rock your Still Cool Co. pieces with pride.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (an extra 2-3 days during sales)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: $8.50 flat rate, estimated 2–5 business days.
  • Rural Delivery: May take an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Local Delivery: Free delivery within 10 km of our shipping location in Gisborne. We’ll drop your package in a safe place and notify you when it has been delivered.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $20.00 flat rate, estimated 7–12 business days.
    (We’re working on bringing these rates down as we grow!)

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand and Australia. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping zones in the future.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our hands, but we’ll always do our best to help track it down if there are issues.
