All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is

Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

All content on this site, including images and designs, belongs to Still Cool Co. Please do not use them

Limitation of Liability
Still Cool Co. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our site or products, beyond the value of
the purchased product.

Still Cool Collective – Terms & Conditions (New Zealand)

1. Introduction
1.1 By accessing, joining, or using the Still Cool Collective loyalty club, website, social media platforms, and any related services (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Still Cool Co. Limited trading as Still Cool Co. (“Still Cool Co.”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.3 By using our Services, you confirm that:
(a) you have read and understood these Terms;
(b) you are at least 18 years of age; and
(c) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.4 These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on our website.
2. The Still Cool Collective
2.1 The Still Cool Collective is a New Zealand-based loyalty and community program designed to support mums, parents, caregivers, and local small businesses.
2.2 Members may receive benefits including (but not limited to):

exclusive discounts or perks

access to giveaways

early access to products or promotions
2.3 Benefits may change from time to time at our discretion.
2.4 The Collective is available to New Zealand residents only.
3. Membership & Accounts
3.1 You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Collective.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
3.3 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Membership Fees & Payments
4.1 Some aspects of the Still Cool Collective may require payment of a membership or subscription fee.
4.2 All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
4.3 By purchasing a membership or subscription, you authorise Still Cool Co. to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.
4.4 You agree to ensure your payment details remain current and accurate.
4.5 If a payment fails, we may suspend access to membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.
5. Automatic Renewals
5.1 Where a membership or subscription is offered on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annually), it will automatically renew unless cancelled by you before the next billing date.
5.2 You will be clearly informed of:

how to cancel
before completing your purchase.
5.3 By subscribing, you consent to ongoing automatic charges until cancellation.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting us at info@stillcoolco.nz.
6.2 Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by New Zealand law or stated otherwise in a specific promotion or offer.
6.4 We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
6.5 Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
7. Direct Debit & Recurring Payments
7.1 Where payments are made via automatic payment, direct debit, or recurring card charge, you authorise Still Cool Co. to process payments in accordance with your selected plan.
7.2 You may cancel automatic payments through your bank or payment provider; however, you should also notify Still Cool Co. to ensure your membership is properly cancelled and access is updated.
8. Loyalty Entries, Points & Giveaways
8.1 Loyalty entries or points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
8.2 Entries and points may be earned through purchases, engagement, or promotions as outlined on our website or social media.
8.3 Giveaways will be run in accordance with New Zealand laws and will include specific terms for each promotion.
8.4 We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end any loyalty or giveaway program at any time.
9. Use of the Services
9.1 You agree not to:

interfere with the website or systems

10.2 By submitting User Content, you grant Still Cool Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing, promotion, and website content.
10.3 You confirm you own or have permission to share any content submitted.
10.4 We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on our website, social media, and Services (including logos, designs, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Still Cool Co.
11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
12. Privacy
12.1 We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By joining the Collective, you consent to receiving emails and communications related to your membership, promotions, and updates.
12.3 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
13. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)
13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
13.2 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Still Cool Co. will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
14.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
14.3 If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
15. Changes to Terms
15.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
15.2 The latest version will always be published on our website.
15.3 Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Termination
16.1 We may suspend or terminate membership and/or access to Services at any time if these Terms are breached.
16.2 Members may cancel their participation at any time (see Section 6).
17. Governing Law
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
17.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
