Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Still Cool Collective membership or subscription at any time through your account (if available) or by contacting us at hello@stillcoolco.nz.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by New Zealand law or stated otherwise in a specific promotion or offer.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
