Is this membership available outside of NZ?
The Still Cool Collective is exclusively available to New Zealand residents only.
What does accumulating means?
Each month you're an active Still Cool Collective Member, you'll receive automatic entries into our monthly giveaways. The longer you're a member the more entries you build up giving you more chances to win over time.
(we keep track of everything for you!)
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime through your dashboard or simply email us at info@stillcoolco.nz and we can help you out.

How do I access my membership details?
Once you’ve joined, you can log into your account on our website to view:
- Your membership status
- Your exclusive discount codes
- Current LIVE giveaways
Am I in the draw for every giveaway?
Yes!
As an active Still Cool Collective member, you’re automatically entered into every monthly giveaway.
Your entries accumulate each month you remain a member, increasing your chances to win.
If I win do I have to pay shipping?
Shipping for giveaway prizes is covered by us!
For Still Cool Co. purchases, normal shipping rates apply (unless stated otherwise with special member offers).
Can anyone become a member?
Yes our membership is open to mums, parents and caregivers who want access to exclusive perks, giveaways and discounts.

What happens if I win?
We’ll contact you directly via email (and sometimes Instagram) within 24 hours of the draw.
Your prize will then be organised and shipped to you as soon as possible.
How is a winner decided?
All entries are placed into a random draw and a winner is selected fairly each month.
Winners are announced via our Instagram and contacted directly.
